"The Web Server encountered an unknown run-time error. Error in report results" error appears when exporting a report in MicroStrategy Web because there is no free space on MicroStrategy home directory where MicroStrategy Intelligence Server is installed.

SYMPTOM:
The following error message appears when exporting a report in Strategy Web:

The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error 

CAUSE:
One of the possible cause is that there is no free space on Strategy home directory where Strategy Intelligence Server is installed.
ACTION:
Free some space within the Strategy home directory where the Intelligence Server is installed.
