ImagesManager::hGetImageTimeStamp: Cant get time stamp for URL http://XXX." error occurs repeatedly in the DSSerrors log file on the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server

SYMPTOM
The follow error appears repeatedly in the DSSErrors log file on the Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x machine when executing a dashboard:
Sample /Error
ImagesManager::hGetImageTimeStamp: Can't get time stamp for URL: 'http://XXX'.

CAUSE
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.x. The error message is not critical and can be ignored; it does not reflect any loss of functionality.
The error occurs when a dashboard is executed while also being sent to a History List. The Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x attempts to gather all of the images contained in the dashboard, part of this process is a request for the timestamp of the image file. In the cases where the error message appears, the Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x is unable to get this timestamp.

ACTION
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
