The word wrapping behavior for row and column headers can be set to be enabled or disabled at the project level in Strategy Developer and Web 9.x and 10.x. This can be accessed by going to Preferences > Project Defaults > Grid display, as shown:

There is no corresponding project-level setting to enable or disable word wrap at the project level in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x. This setting is present in Tools menu > My Preferences > Grid > General, as shown below. This setting, however, applies for the specific user logged in to that specific Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x machine.:
