KB36743: The "To" button in Cache Update Subscription Editor is grayed out for the user with all Developer and Administrator privileges with MicroStrategy Developer 10.x

SYMPTOM:
The "To" button in Cache Update Subscription Editor is greyed out even though the user has all privileges under Developer and Administrator privileges.

CAUSE:
To subscribe others, the "Web Subscribe others" privilege under Web Professional is required.
ACTION:
Grant "Web Subscribe others" privilege to the user.
