DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
In order to use Strategy Office, the MicroStratetegy Web Service application needs to be deployed and configured.
After the deployment of the StrategyWS.war file in a WebSphere (version 7.0.0.9) environment and customizing the projectsources.xml file to the required Project Source, the application is tested by accessing the URL
http ://<host>:<Port>/StrategyWS/
After all information is given to the forms and the "run" button is pressed, the TestService page results in an exception:

CAUSE:
Some class definitions are not found by the Application Server as class loading has not been configured for the Web Services Application.
ACTION:
Check note KB31951 and follow the instructions provided to enable class loading, then retry the test.
