SYMPTOM:
When creating a subscription to Refresh Cube operation, the bottons to select recepients are grayed out.
When trying to Schedlue Delivery To Refresh Cube from the right mouse click menu, the option to select other user is also grayed out.
CAUSE:
This is working as designed. Refresh Cube job cannot be assigned to other than the user that is creating the subscription..
