KB36809: When trying to add the user login system prompt to a filter, users cannot drag and drop the prompt in MicroStrategy Desktop 9.2.x-9.4.0 and Developer 9.4.1 and above.

SYMPTOM:
Users cannot drag and drop the user login system prompt when trying to add the prompt to a filter in Strategy.
 
The mouse pointer appears as shown in the image below:
 

 
  
CAUSE:
This is working as designed. 
 
ACTION:
Enter the system prompt manually after chanigng the operator to Custom as shown in the image below:
