Index out of range Configuration object 'CASTOR_SERVER_CONFIGURATION' with ID xxx cannot be modified because it is locked by 'USER' on 'MACHINE' since mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

 
CAUSE:
The Strategy Intelligence Server configuration has been locked by the specific user in the machine as listed in the above error message.
ACTION:
1. Login to Strategy Desktop with the specific user in the machine as listed in the above error message
2. Go to the Administration menu > Locking
3. Select the 'Unlock Configuration' option:
