KB370001: Recovered report in My Page shows wrong report name in MicroStrategy Web 10.9

This KB article discusses a known issue that affects report, document and Dossier execution. The issue is limited to prompted objects when executed from My Page.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM: 
Users run the recovered report from the Recents widget on My Page, but the actual report that is executed is a different report than the one shown as "Recovered".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1. set My Page as default Start Page 
2. create a report with Year in the rows and save it 
3. click on Strategy Tutorial so you're brought back to My Page 
4. in the Shared Reports widget, navigate to Strategy Platform Capabilities > Strategy Report Services > Datasets > Sales & Profitability and Inventory Report > Category Performance 
5. do not answer the prompts and click again on Strategy Tutorial so you're brought back to My Page

6. click on the Recovered report in the Recents, which shows the report created in step 2

7. notice that the report that gets executed is Category Performance from step 4.
CAUSE: 
Known issue.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release. Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
