SYMPTOM:
Users upgrading their History List DB based environment in Strategy can potentially face the error shown below:

Upgrade is not supported for the selected database and version. Back up your data to a file, then import the files into a new repository.
This error appears when users open Strategy Configuration Wizard and try to upgrade their History List tables as shown below:
CAUSE:
This error message is related to an issue with the History List tables’ version (not with the Database version by itself). This version is stored in the column PROP_VAL from DSSCSSYSPROP table.
ACTION:
Users can execute SQL statement below, to modify the version store in DSSCSSYSPROP table. After this update upgrade process should run successfully.
