SYMPTOM:
When creating an attribute via Strategy Command Manager 10.x, users get the following error:

The command used to create the attribute is:
CREATE ATTRIBUTE "<attribute_name>"IN FOLDER "<location_path>" ATTRIBUTEFORM "<form_name>" FORMCATEGORY "<category_name>"EXPRESSION "<form_expression>" LOOKUPTABLE "<lookup_table>" FOR PROJECT "<project_name>"
CAUSE:
One possible cause of this issue is that there are duplicate columns in the metadata.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
