SYMPTOM
In Strategy Web 9.3, drilling on metrics is disabled in Report Services documents when grid comes from a MDX cube report.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a compound metric in the MDX cube.
2. Create a report using that compound metric.
3. Drill on metrics should be activated, it will display the compound metric and its components.
Note: Report behavior should be the same as for a standard compound metric.
4. Now create a document from this report and note that drilling on the metric is not activated.
Note: Drilling is activated in a document with a standard report with a standard compound metric.
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.3.
