SYMPTOM:
When attempting to modify a report in the Desktop interface, after a clean installation on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine, the user may encounter the following error message:
Component `richtx32.ocx ` or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
CAUSE:
The error in question is linked to a Desktop installation issue.
ACTION:
To address this issue, it is necessary to perform a reinstall of the Desktop product on the machine concerned. Please contact Technical Support for further advice.
