KB37501: Subscription Portal time Timezone is not affected by changing the time zone for the transmission recording data.

SYMPTOM:
When the user follows Technote KB16944: How to change the time zone for the transmission recording data in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server 8.1.1 to change the time zone for transmission recording data in Strategy Narrowcast it does not affect the last update time in Narrowcast Subscription Portal
 
CAUSE:
This is by design. The time zone for transmission recording data  does not affect the Subscription Portal time zone.
 
ACTION:
To change the last update time and/or effect the time time in subscription portal, users have to access Preferences section in Portal Admin Page as shown below
