In the Create Report page of Strategy Web or Web Universal 9.x and 10.1, the setting 'View report in Design Mode' is checked by default, as shown below:
It is possible to change the default behavior so this option initially displays as unchecked. To achieve this customization, perform the following steps:
1. Open the Web Customization Editor in eclipse and click on the Application Settings tab.
2. Navigate to Strategy Web Configuration - Styles, right click on FolderStyleCreateReport and select to open in editor.
3. On the right hand side select the Style Parameters tab at the bottom and click Add button on that page
4. Once you click Add a panel opens up for selecting the appropriate parameter. Select valueDesignModeCheck and click ok.
5. After adding the parameter, highlight that parameter and change the value under Parameter Properties to 0 as shown below,
6. Save the changes and restart the Web Server.
