• Strategy

SYMPTOM:
When running a Strategy report in Excel with Macros using Strategy Office 9.0.x and 9.2.x the report loses all formatting such as grid style and thresholds, and shows only plain text. This does not happen in the non-macro excel files

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Office 9.0.x and 9.2.x. The problem is not with macros but with the protected worksheets preventing the creation of styles by Strategy Office 9.0.x and 9.2.x.

ACTION:
Contact Strategy for an update regarding this issue.

WORKAROUND:
As a workaround users can remove the protection on the worksheets.
