When creating an Email Subscription, user is not able to input more than 250 characters in the Message field, as shown below:
This is a limitation of Email Subscription. It is by design, and not only Strategy Web Graphical user interface (GUI) has this restriction, the exceeding characters will also be cut off at backend. An enhancement request is logged for this issue.
