KB37887: The column header text is not wrapped in Express mode of a Report Services document when the option "Wrap Text" is checked for column header in MicroStrategy Web

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy Web, the column header text is not wrapped in Express mode of a Report Services document when the option "Wrap Text" is checked for column header.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue with Strategy Tutorial project:
 

1. In Strategy Web, create a report with the attribute Call Center in the row, the attribute Month and the metric Profit Margin in the column.
2. Check the option "Lock Column Headers" in grid toolbar, as shown below:

• Click Format menu to oepn Advanced Formatting window, check the option "Wrap Text" under "Column Axis" > "Header", as shown below:

• The column headers text is wrapped, as shown below:

• Create a Report Services document with the report created in step 1 as dataset.
• Run the document in Express mode, note that the column header text is not wrapped, as shown below :

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.x.
