SYMPTOM:
The error below occurs below when creating or opening a Report Services Document after installing or running software on the machine.


Sample Code/Error
Failed to create component 'Document Server'; CoCreateInstance returned 080040154

CAUSE:
These error messages can occur if one of the COM components is not properly registered and the installation was not performed correctly.

ACTION:
Perform a repair install of Strategy Software in the affected machine to resolve the issue.
