“There is not trust token for this web server” error occurs while authenticating using Trusted Authentication via URL API in Strategy Web as shown below:
"The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error.
There is no trust token for this Web Server. Please contact the administrator.

This issue happens because the Intelligence Server name used in the URL API does not match the Intelligence Server name displayed on the Strategy Web Administration page.
Trust token is created using the exact name appears on the Strategy Web Administration page. In order to locate the token, URL API needs to contain the exact format of the Intelligence Server name appears on the Strategy Web Administration Page.
If the fully qualified name is shown in the Strategy Web Administration page then fully qualified domain name needs to be used in the URL.
For example, the following example URL will trigger the error because on the Strategy Web Administration page "ServerName.corp.Strategy.com" was used to connect the Intelligence Server:
http://webServerName/MicroStrategy/asp/Main.aspx?Server=ServerName&Project=MicroStrategy+Tutorial&connMode=64&evt=3010&src=main.aspx.3010
Note, the "Server" parameter value does not match the name used on the Web Admin page.
With the following URL, user can login successfully since server name is set as fully qualified domain name:
http://vm-webagent.labs.microstrategy.com/MicroStrategy/asp/Main.aspx?Server=ServerName.corp.microstrategy.com&Project=MicroStrategy+Tutorial&connMode=64&evt=3010&src=main.aspx.3010
URL API needs to contain the exact format of the Intelligence Server name appears on the Strategy Web Administration page.
