    Enter the following information for the rest of the text fields:
         Package: ##Any package the client wants to use##
         Name: ReportGraphTransformImpl_Custom
         Transform description: This transform will display a custom message if the graph has more than 15 rows.
         Superclass: com.Strategy.web.app.transforms.ReportGraphTransformImpl
         Click Next.
  6. Check the checkbox for renderGraph(com.Strategy.web.beans.MarkupOutput out) and click Next.

  8. For the renderGraph method, here is sample code to generate a message instead of the graph if there are more than 15 rows returned for the graph:

    // Retrieves the Report Bean information of the executed Graph.
    ReportBean rb = getReportBean();
    WebReportInstance wri = null;

    // Will hold then number of rows for the graph.
    int numRows = 0;

    // Retrieves the report instance
    try {
        wri = rb.getReportInstance();
    } catch (WebBeanException e) {
        e.printStackTrace();
    }

    try {
        // Retrieves the report results
        WebReportData reportData=wri.getResults();

        // Retrieves the number of rows returned for the graph (whole report)
        numRows = reportData.getGridTotalRows();

        // If there are more than 15 rows, then a message will appear
        if (numRows > 15){
              Tag tag = getTagsFactory().newTag("Custom Error Message");
               tag.addTextChild("<font size=72>CUSTOM ERROR MESSAGE</font>");
               tag.render(out);
        } else {
               // Otherwise, normally render the graph.
              super.renderGraph(out);
          }
    } catch (WebObjectsException e) {
        e.printStackTrace();
    }

  9. Save changes to the ReportGraphTransformImpl_Custom.java file.
