SYMPTOM:
Report Services and OLAP Services Max Named Users Allowed in Out of Compliance Audit report count is double what is contained in license for Strategy 9.x. For example, below the License Manager shows that the license in use contains 70 Named User Licenses for Report Services and 70 Named User Licenses for OLAP Services.
However, in the audit report when Out-of-Compliance shows 140 Max Named Users Allowed for Report Services and 140 Max Named Users Allowed for OLAP Services.
CAUSE:
This is an identified defect in Strategy 9.x and has been logged to our Technology team.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
