When executing the report, under the Data menu, the option to export to Excel is greyed out or disabled When running the same report as Administrator, the option is available.

SYMPTOM:
When executing the report, under the Data menu, the option to export to Excel is greyed out or disabled
When running the same report as Administrator, the option is available.
CAUSE:
One possible cause for this issue is that the user does not have the Export to Excel privilege.
ACTION:
Via the User Manager, edit the user in question and under User Definition > Project Access > 5. Common Privileges, the user needs privileges to 'Export to Excel'.
This also applies to other formats such as PDF.
If the issue persists, contact Strategy Technical Support.
