How to identify the MicroStrategy user that updated a record using Transaction Services.

How to identify the Strategy user that updated record using Transaction Services?

When running a transaction services report it could be desired to store which user is performing said activity. The User Login system prompt  can be used as input in the transaction report.

In this scenario, the User Login system prompt can be added to the document in a hidden text field and specified as an input in the transaction report; the process would be transparent for the end user, the user data is stored in the database as any other field in the transaction report.

This process would require a new column to store the user login and the advantage is that not only who used the service can be described, but also which records they modified.
