KB38899: Email subscriptions with TO and CC are delivered in two emails in MicroStrategy Web 9.2.1.

SYMPTOM:
When an email subscription is created in Strategy Web 9.2.1 with recipients in both the TO and CC fields, users notice two emails are sent, one for the TO field and one for the CC field.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create an email subscription.
2. Add at least one recipient to the TO and CC fields.
3. When the subscription is delivered, notice two emails are delievered. The email to the TO recipient will have no CC recipients and the email to the CC recipient will have no TO recipients.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.x and 10.x.
 
ACTION:
This is working as designed. In order to avoid that, please don't put the same users on TO: and CC: or just be aware that they will receive 2 e-mails with the same subscription.
