KB39009: When padding is added to the formatting of a grid within a MicroStrategy Report Services document 9.x and is exported to Microsoft Excel, the padding is not kept in the Excel document.

SYMPTOM:
 
Within a Report Services document, a user adds padding to the formatting of a grid. The padding is rendered within Strategy Web, but when exported to a Microsoft Excel document, the formatting is not kept as shown in the image below:

CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue within Strategy 9.x.
