KB39018: "Server Error in ‘/MicroStrategyMobile‘ Application." when trying to open the Microstrategy Mobile 9.x administrator web page installed on a Windows 64-bit machine

This technical note article describes an issue during a clean installation of MicroStrategy Mobile caused by the .Net Framework caches

SYMPTOM:
After finishing the installation of Strategy Mobile 9.4.x or 10.x on a Microsoft Windows 64-bit machine and accessing the Strategy Mobile Admin page, the following error message appears:


Server Error in '/StrategyMobile' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'MLJWEBBN' or one of its dependencies. The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'MLJWEBBN' or one of its dependencies. The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG))

ERR: Failed to complete setup of assembly (hr = 0x80070057). Probing terminated.

CAUSE:
This error is thrown by Microsoft Internet Information Services and can only be found in the Microsoft Windows Event Viewer, as it is not a Strategy error. Since this happens after a clean new installation, the application has not even executed, so there will not be any Strategy logs to help troubleshoot it.
ACTION:
The following instructions have shown to resolve the issue:

Go to:

~\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
```
Note: When navigating, select the correct version of .Net Framework, the decimal points maybe different, but the overall version supported by Strategy Mobile 9.4.x and 10.x is 4.
Select the ‘StrategyMobile‘ folder like shown below and delete it:

Restart the Microsoft Internet Information Services, for the changes to take effect.

NOTE: The following tech note reports a similar issue: KB35279: "Could not load file or assembly ‘M9adodb’ or one of its dependencies. The parameter is incorrect." shows up when trying to access the Admin or Main page of MicroStrategy Web after an installation.
