"Index out of range" error occurs when attempting to list properties of attributes using MicroStrategy Command Manager 9.2.1 and when saving or copying attributes from MicroStrategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.

SYMPTOM:
 
When running the "LIST PROPERTIES FOR ATTRIBUTE" outline using Strategy Command Manager 9.x and 10.x for some attributes, the following error comes up:

Syntax is correct.
Index out of range[]
Task(s) execution completed with errors.
 
This error also occurs when the same attribute(s) are attempted to be saved or copied from Strategy Desktop 9.x and 10.x:

CAUSE:
 
One possible cause of this issue is that there is an inconsistent form within the attribute definition which does not have any source table mapped to it.  In order to track down the cause of this inconsistency, customers encountering this issue should make note of Schema/Application-related changes, Object Migrations or error messages prior to experiencing the problem. Change Journaling, if enabled, can help in preserving this information.
