KB39678: The HTML Delivery formatting of a Report Services document with text boxes and grid is incorrect in MicroStrategy Distribution Services 9.x

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy Distribution Services 9.x, the HTML Delivery formatting of a Report Services document with text boxes and grid is incorrect.
 
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 
Follow steps below to reproduce the issue with Strategy Tutorial project:

• In Strategy Web, create a Report Services document with some text boxes and grids, as shown below:
   
  

• Click ‘Send Now’ with HTML format to deliver the document via using Strategy Distribution Services.
• Open the HTML delivery by Microsoft Outlook, note that grids are not displayed between text boxes, as shown below:

  NOTE: The issue does not happen on Web Mail, the formatting of HTML delivery is displayed correctly: as shown below:
   
  

  
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy Distribution Services 9.x.
