SYMPTOM:
When creating an email subscription in Strategy Web 9.x, 10.x, 11.0 and 2019, 2020 and 2021 it cannot be sent to a user group, only users and contacts can be added as recipients to the subscription.
CAUSE:
This is the expected behavior in Strategy 9.x and 10.x, 11.0 and 2019, 2020 and 2021 Currently user group cannot be added to the email, file and print services as the recipient.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status of this issue.
