"Error: SQLEngine got an Exception from DFC: [DFCENGINE] Engine Logic: HDA-MDX error: case of Local Attributes from more than one MDX SourceTable is not supported yet!" error message when running a report in MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.x and 10.x

SYMPTOM:
 
When running a report services document in Strategy  Developer 9.4.x and 10.x, the following error message is returned:
 
Error: SQLEngine got an Exception from DFC: Engine Logic: HDA-MDX error: case of Local Attributes from more than one MDX SourceTable is not supported yet!
 
CAUSE:
 
This error message is returned when a table is not part of the project's internal schema collection object.
 
ACTION:
 
Run the schema collections test using the latest version of ScanMD to resolve the issue.
