"Method '~' of object '~' failed" error message appears when trying to export schema to Excel in MicroStrategy Developer 9.x

SYMPTOM:
When trying to export a projects schema to excel, the following error message will appear:

Method '~' of object '~' failed

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer.
 
ACTION:
Running the latest version of ScanMD should resolve this issue.  The latest version can be found in the following technical note:
KB35809 - Using ScanMD to fix known logical metadata inconsistencies in the Strategy Product Suite 9.0.0 - 10.2 Hotfix1
