SYMPTOM
Quick symbol threshold is lost when exporting a report to PDF from Strategy Web, as shown below:
CAUSE
This is an expected behavior. Quick symbols use certain fonts which need to be referred when exporting, and if the font is not installed on the Strategy Intelligence Server machine under the appropriate location for the PDF exporter to refer to, the fonts do not get included when exporting from Strategy Web.
ACTION
Provide the required fonts on the Strategy Intelligence Server installation. For installations on UNIX/Linux, the fonts should be available at: <mstr installation>/install/PPDFGeneratorFiles/
