KB40062: "My Reports" folder link shows up at the bottom of the list when already in the "My Reports" folder while creating an alert subscription in MicroStrategy Distribution Services 9.x and 10.x

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy Distribution Services 9.x and 10.x, when sending another report for an Alert Subscription, while inside the 'My Reports' folder, it is also displayed at the bottom as seen below:
 

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a report with Year and Revenue.
2. Run the report in Web, right click on Revenue to create alert subscriptions via email.
3. Expand the Delivery settings and select Browse for 'Send different report or document'. Notice under 'Shared Reports' there is a 'My Reports'. Change the drop down to 'My Reports' and notice that there is a 'My Reports' link on the bottom as well.  

CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue in Strategy Distribution Services 9.x and 10.x.

Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
