SYMPTOM:
Documents are not displaying correct metadata translation values when using the prompt auto-text {&promptN&} in Strategy 9.x. In the below example, a user utilizing the French metadata translation is logged into Strategy Web 9.x. The metric object prompt displays the correct translation when the Document is executed:
When the document renders however, the auto-text {&prompt1&} does not display the translated value for the selected object:
A similar auto-text such as {&promptDetails&} does not have the same issue and will display the correct translation.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Desktop and Web 9.x.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
