Failed to load control `msiRWPropList` from. Your version may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

CAUSE
One possible cause of this issue is that the Windows account used to install Strategy on the machine isn't the system administrator or part of the system administrator group. Each time a Report Services Document is loaded in Strategy Developer, the msiRWPropList.ocx file is loaded into memory. If the Windows account used to install Strategy on the machine isn't the system administrator or part of the system administrator group, this file may not be installed or registered, and the error can appear.
ACTION
Strategy requires Windows administrative privilege in order to properly install. Uninstalling and re-installing Strategy as the Windows system administrator or at least a user that is part of the system administrator group should ensure that all Strategy. DLL files are installed or registered.
