KB40474: User is prompted when pulling a history list message with the option “Run Report to Pivot table and Pivot Chart” in MicroStrategy Office 9.4.1

SYMPTOM:
User is prompted when pulling a history list message with the option “Run Report to Pivot table and Pivot Chart” in Strategy Office:
 

 
Notice the user is not prompted when pulling the same history list message with any options other than “Run Report to Pivot table and Pivot Chart”.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue in Strategy Tutorial project:

1. Create a report with attribute element prompt "Year".
2. Send the report to history list and answer the prompt.
3. Pull the history list message with option “Run Report to Pivot table and Pivot Chart” in Strategy Office. 

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Office 9.4.1
