SYMPTOM:
 
Subtotals switch to the top and subtotal headers loses their background color for a grid report in outline mode in Strategy Web 9.2.1
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue in Tutorial project in Strategy Web 9.2.1:

• Create a grid report with attributes "Category", "Subcategory" in row, "Quarter" in page-by, and metrics "Cost" and "Revenue".
• Enable subtotals, change subtotal format settings and "display outline results". Right mouse click on "Subcategory" -> Formatting ->Row Axis -> Subtotal headers and Subtotal values. Adjust the background color, as shown below:
   

• Save the grid report.
• Run the grid report in Web. Subtotals switch to the top and subtotal headers loses their background color , as shown below:

Note: the issue happens as well when exporting to PDF in Web or via Narrowcast Service.
  
CAUSE:
 
It is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.2.1.
 
ACTION:
 
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available
