Do the project-level governing settings for subscriptions per user also apply to the Administrator user in Strategy Distribution Services 9.x - 10.x?
The above settings do not apply to the Administrator user, they can create an unlimited amount of subscriptions regardless of the above settings. If a non-administrator user tries to create subscriptions beyond the allowed limit, the following error will be displayed:
