SYMPTOM:
When sending an email via Strategy Developer an error occurs as shown in the image below.


Sample Code/Error
An error occurred while trying to send your message. MAPI error.

MAPI means "Messaging Application Programming Interface"

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with using Lotus Notes and other non Microsoft e-mail clients.
ACTION:
Use either Microsoft Outlook or Strategy Distribution Services to send the email.
