What does the following message mean in the DSSErrors.log " Cube Manager: all index is capped below upper bound xxx, size updated to current."?

2012-07-03 10:33:22.729-08:00 Cube Manager: all index is capped below upper bound 500, size updated to current

This means that the Maximum % that an Intelligent Cube can grow, as a percentage of the original size, due to indexes has been hit.  When cubes get queries they build indexes to retrieve information faster.  If the Intelligent Cube’s size exceeds this limit, the least-used indexes are dropped from the Intelligent Cube.
