Modifying text labels deletes the text label translation in MicroStrategy Developer 9.x

SYMPTOM:
Users may find that when translating a document into multiple languages then editing said document, the other language translations disappear.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a blank document in Desktop (you don't have to choose a dataset)
2. Add a text box to the Detail section. Text: "This text is in English"
3. Save and close the document
4. Translate the document to French and Italian (add any text).
5. Open the document again in Edit Mode.
6. Do a little modification to the text and/or the text box surrounding it.
7. Save and close the document.
8. Open the translation editor for this document again.
9. Note that the French and Italian texts are gone.
 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer 9.x.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Developer 10.x.  Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
