KB40954: Bar position is not centered in a dual axis combination graph in MicroStrategy Web 9.x

SYMPTOM:
 
A dual axis bar and line combination graph displays with the bar off centered when executed in Strategy Web 9.x. Below is an example of the output where the riser is aligned to the left of the x-axis tick mark:
 
 

 
 
The same behavior does not occur if using single axis graph type:
 

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.x.
 
ACTION:
 
This issue was reviewed for feasibility and will not be scoped for a code fix in an upcoming Strategy release.
