SYMPTOM:
When a user tries to use the 2-finger pinch "zoom in/zoom out" on a tooltip or tries to tap or tap and hold on it, the tooltip will disappear.
CAUSE:
This is working as designed.
WORKAROUND:
To have a closer view of the content of a tooltip, the recommended way is zooming on the document itself and have the tooltip displayed: it will appear on a larger scale.
