KB41030: If a data point is exactly the fixed maximum y-axis value on a graph, the data point will not appear on the graph in MicroStrategy 10.x

SYMPTOM:
 
If a data point exceeds the maximum fixed y-axis value, the data point will not appear on any graph type in Strategy 10.x, as seen below:
 

 
 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue in Strategy 10.x
 
ACTION:
 
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
 
WORKAROUND:
 
Set the maximum value for any number larger than the maximum data point value.
