Images will only be cached on the mobile device if they are first accessed online so in order to make it easier the following best practices should be followed to ensure that images linked in the dashboard are viewable using Strategy Mobile while offline.
- If the dashboard is designed to display a logo on every panel, then this logo should be pointing to the same image.
- Make sure the landing panel contains all the images that are necessary to view the entire dashboard, if end user will only view the landing panel before going offline. If this is not the case, end user will have to navigate to every single panel to cache the images.
