SYMPTOM:
When trying to activate/deactivate a Strategy Server installation using Strategy License Manager, both options are disabled.
CAUSE:
A possible cause is that the activation/deactivation attempts are made from a remote machine. These procedures need to be performed directly on the Server machines.
ACTION:
Perform the activation/deactivation locally on the Server machine desired.
