KB41419: "Contact was not found" error message appears when creating a subscription in MicroStrategy Command Manager

SYMPTOM:
 
When creating a subscription in Strategy Command Manager 9.x, the following error message appears:

Sample Code/Error
Contact 'ff' was not found
 
But contact 'ff' exists in Desktop:

 
CAUSE:
 
This is because the contact's linked user is disabled so the contact is disabled as well.
 
ACTION:
 
Enable the contact's linked user.
