SYMPTOM:
Users can select multiple Attribute Elements using CTRL+clicking on the space in the cell next to the Attribute Element, but these are not passed from parent to child Report/Document in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.
The example below shows that the years 2008 and 2009 are not passed from parent to child Report/Document:

Note: in Strategy Web, users can select multiple years and pass them at the same time using CTRL+clicking on the space in the cell next to the Attribute Element, without clicking on the link. Example below shows the years 2008 and 2009:
