KB41586: "[Error connecting to remote machine...MServerControl::NetworkResponseImpl::SerializeFrom: no error message available.]" error message appears when start MicroStrategy Intelligence Server 9.x or 10.x on Windows remote machine.

SYMPTOM:
 
Consider Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x or 10.x running on Windows remote machine. When trying to start or stop the Strategy Intelligence Server 9.x or 10.x from a Windows machine using Strategy Service Manager, the connection fails as shown below:

CAUSE:
The user login information for the Intelligence Server service is incorrect.
